Turn first appointments
into regular clientsToo many salon clients love their first appointment and never book a second. Perk gives them a reward to come back for and a reminder when it’s time, right in their phone wallet.
Great work doesn’t
guarantee a rebooking.
Your clients leave happy. What happens next decides whether they become regulars, and that is where most salons lose them.
The second visit never happens
At the average salon, more than half of first-time clients never come back for a second appointment.

Clients walk out without a next date
Only around half of hair salon clients book their next appointment before they leave. The rest rely on remembering to book.

Clients hear nothing between visits
Once a client leaves, many salons go quiet until the next booking. Salons that keep in touch after a visit earn up to 15% more revenue per location.

A fix for every
missed appointment.
Give them a reason to come back
New clients save a digital stamp or points card at their first appointment, so their next visit already counts towards a reward.
Keep your salon one tap away
Your card sits in their phone wallet with a button to book, and a next-visit reminder arrives after the number of days you choose.
Stay in touch without the effort
Send push messages to their lock screen and target clients who haven’t been back with a comeback offer.
The second appointment is
where loyalty starts.
Repeat appointments can make a major difference to salon growth, because each returning client reduces the need to constantly replace lost customers with new ones.
of clients who make it to a second appointment go on to book a third.
Salons with average retention need twice as many new clients to earn the same revenue as top performers.
Salon visits come
in cycles.
Salon visits naturally happen in cycles. Perk helps salons stay top-of-mind between appointments and give clients a reason to return.
First visit
Client visits the salon and joins the salon’s loyalty program.
Time passes
The client leaves the salon and their next appointment may be weeks away.
Stay top-of-mind
A loyalty reminder or relevant message gives the client a reason to return when the time is right.
Next visit
The client returns, earns progress toward their reward and continues their loyalty cycle.

Can I reward appointments rather than spend?
Yes. A stamp card adds a stamp each time a client visits, so rewards are based on appointments, not on how much each one costs.
Can I give different rewards for different services?
Yes. You can run more than one card, for example one for cuts and another for colour, each with its own reward.
Should my salon use stamps or points?
Stamps suit salons where most visits are similar. Points suit salons where a trim and a full colour cost very different amounts, because clients earn more on bigger services.
Do my clients need to download an app?
No. They save your card to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet in a couple of taps.
How do I bring back clients who stopped coming?
Perk sorts clients by how recently and how often they visit. Choose the ones who have gone quiet and send them a targeted offer by push notification.
How does my team add stamps at the desk?
They scan the client’s card with the Perk scanner, which runs in any phone’s browser, so there is nothing to install.
