Can I reward every haircut?
Yes. A stamp card adds a stamp each time a client visits, so every cut counts towards their reward.
Can I give different rewards for cuts and beard trims?
Yes. You can run more than one card, for example one for haircuts and another for beard trims, each with its own reward.
Do my clients need to download an app?
No. They save your card to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet in a couple of taps.
How do my barbers add stamps?
Each barber scans the client’s card with the Perk scanner in any phone’s browser. Team members can have their own login, so you can see who added each stamp.
Can I sell memberships or prepaid cuts?
Yes. Membership and multipass cards let you offer member perks or prepaid bundles of cuts.
How do I bring back clients who stopped coming?
Perk sorts clients by how recently and how often they visit. Choose the ones who have gone quiet and send them a targeted offer by push notification.
